I realize that no two people are the same and as such shape my therapeutic style to meet the specific needs of my clients. I will help you to find safety in listening and in being heard, to recognize underlying problems, realize your strengths, create deeper understanding in relationships, and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts processes to see things from various perspectives.
I want to offer you- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – a way of working with couples that reaches deep into what is happening beneath the surface, to rekindle the broken communications; and heal the pain of loneliness and disconnection. Along with EFT, a seamless joining of Polyvagal lens, Attachment lens, Existential psychotherapy, and ACT will be experienced to work with trauma, healing, and the ‘self’.
EMDR is also a powerful modality I use to work with trauma, phobias, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
